West Texas Chop House was very good! The restaurant is beautiful and service ( server) Italian guy. Was very attentive. The food was very good ! Everything from Buffalo chicken sandwich, the chipotle, shrimp, and the salmon with the vegetables and mashed potatoes! Anyways, we will be back for dinner to try their platter for 89$
The food is always delicious, my husband and I come here with our daughter regularly and we always leave satisfied! Meagan is the sweetest and goes above and beyond!

Been here 4 times now. Stopped in about an hour before close on the off chance. Glad we did, food was as consistent and Quality as ever and our server Renee was amazing, no rush great service and a real asset to the restaurant. Personable without being intrusive, made solid recommendations and very efficient. For the price I find West Texas and more consistent than many much higher priced steakhouses
We tried the new chophouse Saturday night before we went to see Jim Gaffigan. I thought the steaks were delicious and the prices are really good. They've got some specialty drinks that are pretty delicious. The server was so nice and kind and make sure we had everything we needed it was really a nice dinner, then I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and my nose was assaulted by the worst sewer smell. You can think of. I had to put my coat over my face to go to the bathroom and wash my hands when I stepped out the manager happened to be right there and he said he would have a female worker check on it, our server told us this has been a problem for a while and The to get a plumber in there is going to start seeping out into the dining room not good because it's a real cute place and you don't need that but we will be back for those delicious steaks
Was very intrigued by this place after driving by a few times. Checked out the menu and decided to go. Nice family restaurant unlike another Texas themed place in town this one is a few grades up. They have a nice menu of cocktails as well as steaks and entrees. They have a great aged steak showcase upon entering the restaurant. My girlfriend and I were treated very well yesterday our server, Sarah. I ordered the owners namesake burger and my lady the salmon. Both were very tasty and nicely presented. Would definitely go back to try one of their cut in house steaks.
